Team Members

Shelley Jordan PhD, CPsych
Dr. Jordan is a clinical psychologist who provides assessment and treatment for adolescents and adults. She has extensive experience in the area of trauma-related and anxiety disorders. Her treatment approaches include cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), clinical hypnosis, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), interpersonal therapy (IPT), and group therapy. She also provides peak performance training for sports, performing arts, and career-related activities. Dr. Jordan is actively involved in training and research and is a part-time professor at the University of Ottawa Dr. Jordan accepts referrals for assessments, individual psychotherapy, supervision/consultation, and group therapy for anxiety and assertiveness.


Tiamet, Clinic Mascot

Tia is Dr. Jordan’s standard poodle. She has been a part-time member of the clinic since she was a puppy. She enjoys being in the office with clients, although clients always have a choice as to whether they would like her to stay.
