Please book your rooms with The Westin Hotel directly. Be sure to reference the Trauma and Dissociation Conference to secure the negotiated conference rate. Early booking is recommended.

Parking: Due to safety reasons, the parking lot attached to the Westin is under construction and not available for parking. The Westin offers valet parking for hotel guests ($35 / night). Self-parking is available at the Ottawa Congress Centre, with access via Daly Street. Parking at this lot is on a first-come first-serve basis. May 24th & 25th is the National Capital Marathon Weekend. You will have a chance to see thousands of runners of all levels run on Saturday evening and start-off on Sunday morning. For more information on the race weekend go to www.ncm.ca

Note that driving and parking downtown on Sunday morning will be affected by the race. If you are driving, plan to arrive early to avoid the road blockages and race traffic.

GO GREEN!! Ride the bus!!

We encourage you to take the opportunity to GO GREEN this year. Take a bus to the Rideau Centre and arrive refreshed. OC Transpo has excellent service to the downtown core. The Westin Hotel is accessible from the second floor of the Rideau Centre. There are several Park and Ride services from both the east and west regions of Ottawa.
